We offer you this menu after the style of the novel 'Buddenbrooks'
by the Lübecker novelist Thomas Mann, in the same way he describes
the sequences of courses cooked for a house-warming party of the
new house in the Mengstraße.
Served with the menu are apperatives of sherry with white wine and
red wine (Lübecker Rotspon). With the dessert we offer a Malvasier
and a digestive for after the meal.
Original texts of the novel are quoted alongside the meal on the menu,
which each guest receives.
If you like, we can engage an own personal, dressed up 'Consul
Buddenbrook', who will accompany you through the meal with stories
from Lübeck (from 200 €).
